Selected sellers receive a redaction guide for recent seller-fulfilled order, payment, return, and SAFE-T exports. The public intake does not accept files or buyer information.
No. We identify candidates and policy ceilings, not amounts owed. Amazon alone determines eligibility, approval, and reimbursement.
The first cohort is limited to Amazon.com and US merchant-fulfilled orders so that one verified rulebook governs every audit.
