Effective date: October 5, 2026. These terms apply to the FBM Recovery website, browser-based scan, review request, audit, and related materials.
Independent decision support
FBM Recovery is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. The service provides operational analysis, candidate identification, routing, evidence checklists, and draft materials. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
No outcome guarantee
Refund exposure is refunded value detected in the selected report; it is not an estimate of recoverable money. Candidate values and deadline flags are screening aids based on the information provided and the policy material available at the time. Amazon controls live eligibility, filing windows, review, approval, denial, and reimbursement. No reimbursement, acceptance, amount, or timeline is guaranteed.
Seller responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying live eligibility in Seller Central, the accuracy and completeness of evidence, compliance with Amazon policies, and every submission or appeal. You must not select or provide reports containing passwords, authentication tokens, buyer personal data, payment data, or information you are not authorized to process. The browser-based scanner does not upload the selected report. A workspace stores only the minimal records you explicitly approve.
Workspace accounts
You are responsible for protecting your workspace credentials and for activity performed through your account. The free pilot workspace may store up to three selected cases, provide automated decision support, and allow a human-review request for potential candidates. We may correct, limit, suspend, or discontinue pilot functionality when needed for security, compliance, or capacity.
Launch offer
The first five complete audits may be offered free at our discretion and subject to fit, capacity, and receipt of usable redacted exports. A separate 30-day monitoring offer may be made after initial value is shown. Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the cohort.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. We may reject or discontinue work when information is incomplete, outside the supported US merchant-fulfilled scope, or presents security or compliance risk.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and FBM Recovery will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
